All orders over $120 are free to the 48 continental U.S. States. Not
valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S.
Territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping addresses
cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered
when the order was originally placed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ask that all international customers take note of your own tracking information and receipt as we won't be able to guarantee tracking information as we do not receive real-time updates from international carriers. Please be aware of your local delivery provider guidelines.

Some packages may be delivered directly or to your location’s customs. Please keep track as you may be responsible for picking up your package. If your package exceeds the length of time at customs or if you fail to pay the custom fees, the package will be sent back to our facility. We will gladly re-ship you the package for a re-shipment fee. If we receive your package and you do not wish to pay the re-shipment fee, we will gladly issue you store credit to shop for future styles. ( excluding original shipping fee).

TAXES AND DUTIES: International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country as import fees. Shipping costs, and delivery times on international orders vary throughout each destination. We are not responsible for local feel taxes, customs, duties, or fees associated with international delivery. Customers are held responsible for the duties and taxes. We have no control over the amount charged regarding duties or taxes a package on each package. This is decided upon by your countries import and customs laws.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

Good News! Enjoy our extended return window for all US purchases made between November 28 and December 25 are eligible for exchange or store credit 45 days from delivery date. You can return/exchange it within 21 days, from the date your order was originally received.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying for returning shipping. Once an item has been exchanged it is no longer eligible for an additional exchange.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Merchandise appears to be worn, used, or otherwise in a non-salable condition cannot be returned.

Please allow 4-7 business days for us to process your return, refund or exchange request. All items purchased online using discount codes or whose price is explicitly published as promotional are considered final sales and are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
