Returns and Refunds Policy
RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGE
• All regular-priced items are subject to a refund or exchange.
• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return/exchange it within 21 days, from the date your order was originally received.
• Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for paying for returning shipping. For any size exchanges, customers are required to pay for the shipping cost of the new item.
• Once an item has been exchanged it is no longer eligible for an additional exchange.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
• Please allow 4-7 business days for us to process your return/ refund/exchange.
• We only accept ONE return/per item/per customer, once an item has been exchanged it is no longer eligible for an additional exchange.
Please Note: We do not include shipping fees in store credit.
PROMOTIONAL SALE / CODE RETURN
• All items purchased online using discount codes are final sale.
• Items marked as Final Sale or on SALE at 50% off or over are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Good News! Enjoy our extended return window for all US purchases made between November 28 and December 25 are eligible for exchange or store credit 45 days from delivery date.
HOW TO RETURN
Please send an e-mail to customer@jeansalien.com with the return request on your order history with the tracking number and attach the original invoice to your return package. Once we receive your return, a code will be issued via email, along with instructions. This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
• Loss or damage of merchandise while in customers’ possession (Does not apply to removing the packing seals to check contents).
• Merchandise appears to be worn, used, or otherwise in a non-salable condition.
• It has passed 21 days since the original merchandise delivery date. Please refer to our customer returns policy.
• Returns must be in original condition, never worn, with all original packaging, including the original invoice. We will not be able to accept merchandise that is not received under the above-specified conditions.
TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE:
Please enter your order number and the email that was used during the purchase, this information can be found on your order confirmation email.
Please allow 4-7 business days for us to process your return. If you requested an exchange and we don't have the product in stock, we will ship it out as soon as we receive it. We will keep you up to date by sending updates to your email address.
Once your return is process, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your exchange.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• If an order cancellation is necessary, a request customer@jeansalien.com must be approved before any order can be canceled.
• Cancellation requests will only be considered if made before the order has been processed.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please allow 4-7 business days for us to process your return.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns/Refund
Alien Jeans reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive return history indicative of “ward-robing,” an irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items, or potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Additionally, Alien Jeans reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-Alien Jeans items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
Please keep in mind that our office is closed on Saturdays & Sundays.
