valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S.
Territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping addresses
cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered
when the order was originally placed.

To make sure your order arrives smoothly, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please use a physical address when placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ask that all international customers take note of your own tracking information and receipt as we won't be able to guarantee tracking information as we do not receive real-time updates from international carriers. Please be aware of your local delivery provider guidelines.

Some packages may be delivered directly or to your location’s customs. Please keep track as you may be responsible for picking up your package. If your package exceeds the length of time at customs or if you fail to pay the custom fees, the package will be sent back to our facility. We will gladly re-ship you the package for a re-shipment fee. If we receive your package and you do not wish to pay the re-shipment fee, we will gladly issue you store credit to shop for future styles. ( excluding original shipping fee).

Shipping costs, and delivery times on international orders vary throughout each destination. Please enter your order number and the email that was used during the purchase, this information can be found on your order confirmation email.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying for returning shipping. Once an item has been exchanged it is no longer eligible for an additional exchange.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Merchandise appears to be worn, used, or otherwise in a non-salable condition cannot be returned.

All items purchased online using discount codes or whose price is explicitly published as promotional are considered final sales and are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
